To grill from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken on grill pan. During cooking: Turn occasionally. Pour sauce into small bowl, cover and heat in the microwave on full power for 50 secs (800W), 40 secs (900W). Stand for 1 minute. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Pour sauce over chicken. To cook on grill Moderate heat 14-15 mins

To air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on 2 sizzlers. Remove required amount from packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken in air fryer tray, spread in one even layer. During cooking: Turn chicken halfway through. Pour sauce into small bowl, cover and heat in the microwave on full power for 50 secs (800W), 40 secs (900W). Stand for 1 minute. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Pour sauce over chicken. Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled but can also be grilled or air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Once oil is hot add the chicken. During cooking: Turn occasionally. Pour sauce into small bowl, cover and heat in the microwave on full power for 50 secs (800W), 40 secs (900W). Stand for 1 minute. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Pour sauce over chicken. To pan fry Moderate heat 10-12 mins
