Air fry from chilled Before cooking: Air fryers vary in performance so please consult manufacture's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on three thigh fillets. Preheat air fryer to 160°C. Place chicken in air fryer tray, spread in one even layer. Cook for 17 minutes, add sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Air fry from chilled 160°C 19 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place thigh fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 20 minutes. During cooking: Pour sauce over thigh fillets and cook for a further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. To serve toss the chicken in the sauce. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 30 mins
