Air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in performance so please consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on three pieces. Preheat air fryer to 160°C. Place chicken in air fryer tray spread in one even layer. Cook for 17 minutes, add sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Air fry from chilled 160°C 19 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken on a lined baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and evenly drizzle sachet of sauce over chicken. Return to oven for a further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 30 mins
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked or air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Heat 2 teaspoons (10ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Once oil is hot add the chicken. During cooking: Cook for 14 minutes turning regularly. Add sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes turning the chicken in the sauce. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry Moderate/High heat 16-17 mins
