Empty contents into a saucepan. To heat on the hob Moderate heat 7 mins Stir continuously until piping hot.

Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir halfway. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
