Microwave from frozen but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a non-metallic plate. During cooking: Cook for 6 mins (800w), 6 mins (900w), peel back film lid, add 2 tbsps of water to rice, stir both sections. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power from frozen. 800w 10 mins 30 secs / 900w 9 mins.

Oven cook from frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: After 25 minutes, peel back film lid, add 2 tbsps water to the rice and stir both sections. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from frozen. 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. 40 mins.
