Made with sustainable palm oil
This is a raw product and must be fully cooked before eating. Ensure good kitchen hygiene and hand washing when handling raw flour and raw flour products
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/ 350°F/Gas mark 4.
Grease and line a 7" (18cm) square cake tin.
Empty the brownie mix into a bowl, add 1 medium egg, 3½ tbsp (50ml) cold water and 30g of melted unsalted butter.
Using a spoon mix together all the ingredients to form a lumpy mixture.
Pour the mixture into the lined tin.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool in the tin, cut into squares and serve.
For a gooey texture, reduce baking time to 18 minutes.
