Gently mix then whisk for one minute until you have a smooth and creamy texture (taking care not to over-mix). Pour evenly between two greased and lined cake tins, and bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean. As well as a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cake, you can also use this baking mix to make 12 traybake slices or 16 generous cupcakes. Perfect for baking at home with family and for special occasions! Whichever delicious treat you're baking, try adding one of the rich Cadbury icings and decorating with berries or sprinkles for a spectacular finished look.
