Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Remove all packaging. Place in a small roasting dish, cover with foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Remove foil after 2 hours and continue cooking for a further 15 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Warnings:
Safety: This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use.
Wash hands after handling raw meat. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain. Don't wash raw turkey.

Once defrosted use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month.
