Oven heat or grill from either chilled or frozen. Before heating: Preheat oven or grill. Remove all packaging. Sprinkle with a little water and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven or under grill. During heating: If grilling, turn over halfway through. After heating: Serve warm.
