Air fry from chilled Before cooking: Air fryers vary in performance so please consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on three pieces. Remove all packaging. Preheat air fryer to 160°C. Place in the air fryer tray, spread in one even layer. During cooking: Cook for 17 minutes, add sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be pan fried or air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place thigh fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and cook for a further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Once oil hot, add the chicken. During cooking: Cook for 14 minutes on a moderate heat turning occasionally. Add sauce for a further 2-3 minutes turning the chicken in the sauce.
