Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Ready to eat when defrosted but can be heated from frozen. To pan fry from frozen. Before heating: Heat 10ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the frozen prawns. During heating: Stir occasionally. After heating: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only

Remove prawns from the packaging, place on a plate and defrost overnight in a refrigerator. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
