Preparation and Safety

Heat & Fold How to Prepare Place in a hot dry frying pan for 1 minute on each side or put into a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 3 minutes. Then add toppings, fold, slice and serve. Hot pan 1 min + 1 min Oven 180°C for 3 mins Fold & Serve Top with your favourite fillings, fold, slice and serve.

Dry and ripped easilyCouldn’t separate these without them ripping. Very dry and I even tried heating them up. I prefer C&M’s other wraps

Used to be lovely not so nowI used to love these but lately they are stuck together and separating makes them fall apart. They are also much drier. They have changed the recipe and made it worse. Only buy if on offer and desperate which is a shame.

Poor productSadly, these wraps have gone the way of the durum wheat ones. Smaller, hard, difficult to fold as they split so easily. I suspect they are packaged while still warm as they have a damp dough smell when opened. The recent packaging has changed to a new design, Crosta Mollica would be better spending money to improve the product instead. Won’t be buying again.
