Cooking instructions: Grill
Grill from defrost. Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Before Heating: Preheat grill on a medium setting. Remove chops from the pack and place spread out on grill pan rack under the grill. During Heating: Cook for 22 minutes, turning every 5 minutes during cooking. After Heating: Remove from grill and ensure product is piping hot and thoroughly heated throughout. Do not reheat once cooled. All heating appliances vary. This is a guide only. Cooking time may vary slightly due to size and thickness of portion. Grill from defrost medium heat 22 minutes
