Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
This product is raw and must be cooked. Always wash hands and surfaces after touching raw fish. 5-6 mins medium heat Preheat 2 tsp. (10 ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place fish in the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat, turning halfway during cooking. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance. All cooking appliances vary. Always cook fully before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. For use by date see front of pack. Do not exceed use by date. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and always within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost in a fridge overnight before use: do not refreeze once defrosted. This product has previously been frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. It is still suitable for home freezing.
