Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To Pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steaks to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt & pepper. Preheat frying pan to a medium heat. During cooking: For best results he pan must be hot. Cooking times for rare are 5 1/2 minutes, medium 10 minutes and well done 12 minutes, turning regularly. After cooking: Allow to rest out of the pan for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be cooked until piping hot throughout. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
