Microwave from chilled but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, peel back film lid, add 2 tbsp of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly.
