Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from frozen. Before cooking: Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a pan over a high heat. Once the oil is hot remove all packaging and add the squid rings. During cooking: Turn frequently. After cooking: Check food is piping hot before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
