Microwave from either chilled or frozen but can also be cooked in the oven. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, peel back film lid, add 2 tbsp of water to the rice if cooking from chilled or 3 tbsp if cooking from frozen and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
