Microwave from either chilled or frozen but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, peel back film lid and stir. If cooking from frozen add 2 tbsp of water to the rice and stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, peel back film lid, add 2 tbsp of water to rice if cooking from chilled or 3 tbsp if cooking from frozen and stir both compartments.
