Cooking instructions: Barbeque
To barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place chicken on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturer's instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. Pour sauce evenly over chicken. Be careful, the dripping of sauce may flare up. Cook for a further 2 minutes. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be barbecued. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 14 minutes. Pour the sauce over chicken and cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Pour any remaining sauce from the baking tray over chicken. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 16 mins
