Cooking instructions: Barbeque
To Barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturers instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. After cooking check food is piping hot throughout and no pink meat remains. Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from chilled, but can also be cooked in the air fryer. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and place kebabs on grill pan. During cooking: Grill on a moderate heat for 16 minutes. Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging and place kebabs in the basket evenly in a single layer. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on 4 kebabs. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking as relevant. After cooking: Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
