Cooking instructions: Barbeque
To barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place kebabs containing the butter pellet on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturer's instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. Pour sauce evenly over kebabs. Be careful, the dripping of sauce may flare up. Cook for a further 3 minutes. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled only but can also be barbecued. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Place kebabs containing the butter pellet on a baking tray with sides or shallow roasting tin on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 50 minutes, basting occasionally. Pour the sauce over chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Mix the sauce with melted butter and pour over the chicken. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 55 mins
