Cooking instructions: Barbeque
To barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place wings on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturer's instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. Remove wings from the rack and coat wings with sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes. To air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat air fryer to 160°C. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place wings in air fryer tray and spread in one even layer. Air fryers vary in performance so please consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on half a pack. During cooking: Cook for 18 minutes, add sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve toss wings in the sauce.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be barbecued or air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging and set sachet to one side. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 30 minutes. Pour sachet of sauce over chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary.
