Cooking instructions: Barbeque
To barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place chicken on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturer's instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. Remove chicken from rack and coat with sauce. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Cooking instructions: Other
Air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a full pack. Preheat airfryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken in air fryer tray spread in one even layer. During cooking: Cook for 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place chicken on a baking tray in a single layer on the middle oven shelf of the oven for 15 minutes. During cooking: Pour sauce over chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Mix the cooking juices on baking tray with sauce and pour over chicken.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked, air fried or barbecued. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot, add the chicken. During cooking: Pan fry for 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Add the sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
