Cooking instructions: Barbeque
To barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturers instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. After cooking check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled only but can also be barbecued. Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Place kebabs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 14-16 minutes. Pour the sauce into a small bowl and heat in the microwave on full power for 50 seconds (800W) or 40 seconds (900W). Stand for 1 minute before serving. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Stir the sauce and pour over the kebabs or serve as a dip.
Warnings:
