To barbecue. For a more authentic flavour and appearance, cook as suggested and then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned.

To grill from chilled but can also be air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. If cooking well done, place the beef pieces evenly onto the skewers and cover the ends of the skewers with foil. If cooking rare or medium, set the skewers aside. Place beef pieces on wire rack of a foil lined pan. During cooking: Turn occasionally. After cooking: Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 2 minutes. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To cook on grill Moderate heat Rare: 10 mins Medium: 12 mins Well done: 18 mins

To air fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a whole pack. Remove all packaging. If cooking well done, place the beef pieces evenly onto the skewers and cover the ends of the skewers with foil. If cooking rare or medium, set the skewers aside. Place the beef pieces in the air fryer drawer ensuring no overlapping. During cooking: Turn the beef pieces halfway through cooking. After cooking: Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 2 minutes. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
