Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill. Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and and set the glaze sachet to one side. Place the kebabs on grill pan and cover the ends of the skewers with foil. During cooking: Grill on a medium heat for 20 minutes. Carefully turn the kebabs every 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully remove kebabs from the grill, brush or drizzle the glaze over the kebabs and return to the grill for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Other
To air fry. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on 4 portions. Remove all packaging, set the glaze sachet to one side and place the kebabs evenly in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 180°C for 14 minutes. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After 12 minutes, carefully brush or drizzle the glaze over the kebabs and cook for further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Remove all packaging and set the glaze sachet to one side. Place the kebabs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes. After 20 minutes, carefully remove kebabs from the oven, brush or drizzle the glaze over the kebabs and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
