Boil water. Add one portion (80g) of garden peas carefully to the boiling water. Return to boil and simmer. Stir occasionally. Drain. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. From frozen Moderate heat 2 mins

For best results microwave from frozen. Transfer one portion (80g) of garden peas into a microwaveable dish. Add 100ml of water and cover. Stir halfway through. Recover and continue cooking. Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. Drain and serve. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
