Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, please defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan on a medium heat with 15ml of oil then add the fillets skin side down. During cooking: Cook for 5-6 minutes on a moderate heat turning once during cooking. After cooking: As the natural thickness & size of the fish and the performance of cooking appliances varies this is a guide only. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened consume within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date/best before date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
