Cooking instructions: Stir Fry
To pan fry. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the tuna. During cooking: Pan fry on a moderate heat for 8 mins. Turn halfway through. After cooking: Leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving. As the natural size and thickness of the fish may vary and the performance of cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
