Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Heat 5ml oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the tuna steaks. During cooking: Pan fry. Turn the tuna steaks 3 times during cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry Medium heat 10 mins

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and do not exceed the use by date.
Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
