Our Herring is always British and always from our own fishing boats.
Herring is a highly selective fishery meaning we catch the fish we target without disturbing the fish we don't want. Herring is caught by mid-water trawls. By only operating in the middle of the water column the nets do not contact the seabed.

Cooking instructions: Grill
This product is ready to eat, but may also be eaten hot as detailed below: To heat on a moderate grill from chilled only. Before heating: Preheat grill, remove all packaging and place on the base of grill pan. During heating, turn occasionally. Heat for 6-7 minutes. After heating, check food is piping hot.
