A bit about us and our salmon We take great pride in making the freshest salmon even tastier and easier to use. The light smokey flavour of our Harbour Smoked Salmon is something to be savoured. This smoked salmon has been carefully prepared using a traditional method passed down from generation to generation, using quality salmon responsibly sourced from Mowi, who raise their own Atlantic salmon to ensure it's the best it can be from start to finish. High in omega 3: Each serving (50g) typically has 900mg Omega 3, of which 532mg are DHA and EPA. Eating 250mg of EPA and DHA Omega 3 fatty acids every day contributes to the normal function of the heart.

Keep in the fridge below 5°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under carefully controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product.
