We take great pride in making our Atlantic smoked salmon even more delicious and easy to eat. We carefully cure and smoke our salmon over a selection of woods, then add just enough zesty Sicilian lemon oil, parsley and cracked black pepper to give an uplifting and balanced finish to the smokiness. High in omega 3: Each Serving (50g) typically has 725mg Omega 3 of which 418mg are DHA and EPA. Eating 250mg of EPA and DHA Omega 3 fatty acids every day contributes to the normal function of the heart.

Keep in the fridge below 5°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
