Microwave from either chilled or frozen but can also be oven cooked from chilled. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Heat on full power from chilled for 5 mins (800W and 900W) or from frozen 8 mins (800W) or 7m 30s (900W). Halfway through cooking, peel back film lid and stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking, peel back film lid and stir. Re-cover and continue cooking.
