Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Before cooking: Heat 50g unsalted butter in a large frying pan. Once butter is hot add the langoustines. During cooking: Pan fry. Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry Moderate heat 15 mins
