All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Caution Beware of escaping steam when removing the lid or foil or opening the pouch. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas 6, 45 mins For best results, cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish or foil tray. Cover with a lid or foil and place in the middle of the preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, carefully remove from the oven, stir well, then return to the oven uncovered for the remaining 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and break the chicken into chunks before serving.

Medium Heat 40 mins For best results, cook from frozen. Place the pouch into a large pan and fill with water to cover the pouch. Heat the water on a high heat until the water reaches a rolling boil. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, turn the heat down to a medium heat and set a timer for 40 minutes being careful the water doesn't overflow or get too low. Top up with boiling water if required. After 40 minutes, carefully remove the pouch from the water. Shake to emulsify the sauce. Carefully open the pouch and pour onto a serving plate or bowl.
