Beef and black bean To stir fry. 250g by Sainsbury’s beef sandwich steak, thinly sliced 80g small broccoli florets, 1 red pepper thinly sliced 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the beef. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add broccoli and the red pepper, stir fry for a further 3 minutes. 3. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
