Chicken Chow Mein To stir fry. 250g by Sainsbury's diced chicken breast 1 sachet of by Sainsbury's quick to cook noodles 3 spring onions, chopped 100g beansprouts 80g mangetout 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add the spring onions, mangetout, beansprouts and noodles. Stir fry for a further 3 minutes. 3. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
