Sweet chilli chicken and garlic To stir fry 250g by Sainsbury's diced chicken breast 1 red pepper, thinly sliced 80g sugar snap peas 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add the red pepper and sugar snap peas, stir fry for a further 2 minutes. 3. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
