King Prawn Szechuan Style Stir Fry To stir fry 180g by Sainsbury’s king prawns, 1 red pepper, sliced 80g sugar snap peas 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the red pepper. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add the prawns and sugar snap peas and stir fry for another 2 minutes. 3. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
