Duck Hoisin & Garlic To stir fry. 250g by Sainsbury's duck breast, skinned and thinly sliced 80g sugar snap peas 5 spring onions, roughly chopped 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, add the duck breast. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add the sugar snap peas and spring onions. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes. 3. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
