Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from chilled Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and place on grill pan. During cooking: Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. Turning once. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Grill from chilled Moderate heat 12-16 minutes
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be grilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat oven 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 7. Allow chops to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan to a high heat. During cooking: For best results the pan must be hot. Cook for 1 min on each side. Transfer lamb to a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven, cook for 8 mins. After cooking: Allow to rest out of the baking tray for 2 mins before serving. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
