To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat pan over a high heat. Remove all packaging and place mince into the hot pan. During cooking: Use a wooden spoon to break down the mince in the pan. Pan fry over a high heat for 5-6 minutes. Stir frequently. Drain off fat halfway through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry High heat 5-6 mins

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
