INGREDIENTS: British Beef (92%), Beef Dripping, Bone Marrow Melt (Beef Marrow Bone, Smoked Salt, Cracked Black Pepper).
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and allow steak to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Preheat a frying pan to a high heat. During cooking: Add the beef dripping to pan until it begins to smoke. Sear all edges in the hot pan for 2 minutes then fry the steak on a high heat for 2 minutes on either side. Reduce to a moderate heat and cook for rare 30 seconds per side, medium 2 minutes per side and well done 4 minutes per side. After cooking: Remove from the pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Add the bone marrow melt to the pan and heat on low until melted, pour over the steak and serve. This product should be cooked until piping hot throughout. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. If cooking rare, do not pierce the meat before cooking and ensure the surface is fully seared/browned.
