Cooking instructions: Stir Fry
To stir fry from frozen. Before cooking: Heat 5ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot, add one portion (80 g) of stir fry vegetables. During cooking: Stir regularly. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To stir fry. Moderate/high heat. 5 1/2 mins.
