High in omega 3: long chain omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA play a role in helping the heart to work normally. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
Fine dark lines are occasionally visible in the sea bass fillets. These are naturally occurring and do not affect the quality of the fish.
Safety: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only as the size and thickness of the fish may vary. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 18 mins

Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
