Cooking instructions: Other
To grill from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steaks to reach room temperature. Preheat grill to a moderate heat. During cooking: Cook escalopes for 3-4 minutes turning halfway through. After cooking: Allow to rest out of the pan for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be piping hot throughout. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
