Microwave rice and sauce only from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and peel back film over chicken and rice. Remove chicken from container and oven cook as per instructions. Pierce film over sauce compartment. During cooking: Halfway through, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice if cooking from chilled or add 2 tbsps of water to the rice if cooking from frozen and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving with oven cooked chicken. Do not reheat once cooled.
