Microwave from chilled, but can also be cooked in the oven. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot.
